Microsoft Word Viewer 2003 For Vista
I have a friend that has a new Hewlett-Packard with Windows Vista. She canâ??t
afford Office yet so is unable to open word documents. Carey Frisch and Ken
Blake have both (In the past) recommended the word viewer download at:

However, the latest supported operating system for this is shown as being
Windows XP. There is no indication as to whether this download is supported
on Media Center or Vista.
Can some one assure me that this download is Ok for Vista, or perhaps point
me to a Word Viewer that is Vista certified?

am looking for some help again. In excel, I opened a file which once
closed seems to have distorted the toolbars on excel. When I look in

My application was developed in Microsoft Vb .NET for .NET FrameWork 1.1, it uses Excel 2002 COM Object. My application uses Excel.WorkSheet.PrintOut() method for printing the excel sheet into PDF Document. The problem is that the application is able to print the first excel sheet sucessfully but if i use the same excel Applicaion object for the second excel sheet the Printout meathod is not returning at all

m having a bit of trouble making thread-safe calls on a Form I've written for use as a dialog. Basicly the form I've written is for display printing progress. The user chooses a bunch of documents to print on the "PrintForm", and then "PrintProgressForm" is displayed as a dialog of the PrintForm. Within the PrintProgressForm I want to occasionally display a message box indicating an important status message that may require a yes / no answer, for example "Out of paper, give up - Yes / No".
The printing work is done within PrintProgressForm using a BackgroundWorker, so the message box will be shown from the BackgroundWorker thread. So I'll pop up a message box with the PrintProgressForm as the owner. I check if the form needs invokation, yet half the time it doesn't. And when it doesn't, it then goes on to complain that PrintForm (which I'm not even attempting to access) has been accessed by an unsafe call.
What's going on here
