Help with windows services
I need direction on how to create a program that will start multiple windows
services. Each service will monitor a specific directory using
FileSystemWatcher. I have the file system watcher part working...but how
does one create multiple windows services??

I have been connecting to MS-Access database using Jet 4.0
from C#.NET. My application works finely on my computer on which I've
made the application.
But I observed a strange behavior. When I run my application on other
computer that is installed .NET Framework, I get the following error
"System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: The Microsoft Jet
database engine could not find the object 'Expr1007'.
Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name
and the path name correctly.".
When I open Access mdb in the UI and paste the query string into the
SQL window of the query designer and executes it, I get no error, the
query results correct rows. I do this test on both other and my
computer.

Can't delete registry key
I went to upgrade Nero 8 to the latest update and could not install so I
removed Nero 8 completely. However, there are still some keys that won't
delete in the reg. I tried Nero's Clean Tools but no luck. Updating the
software won't work because I get an error that it can't access a key in the
registry (InCD, which is not and does not install in Vista/Nero 8). I've
tried safe mode as well as 3 registry cleaners with no luck. What's the

Please help me print with Vista
Hi All,
I am ready to throw my vista machine out the window. I need to print my
bank statement as a PDF. When I click print it says something like this is
an unsafe action and that it is saved in my temporary internet folder. When
I open the folder it is blank.
It will not let me save it anywhere on my C: drive, and it says I don't have
access to my D: drive. I cannot set my banks website as a trusted site
because the main part of the web address changes and I cannot use * in that
instance.
Please help

folder sizes
Hello,
I am trying to find out how much disk space the various files & folders in
my 'Documents' take up.
I know how to get the size of individual files, and individual folders, but
is there a way of showing the folder tree with the sizes of all files ,
folders, sub-folders ate the same time ?

BUG: Visual Studio 2008 Express changed the windows's tooltip colo
I have installed Visual Studio 2008 Express edition in Windows Vista, and I
found this huge bug:
the tooltip shown to the up corner of a window has the old yellow style
color.
Minimize, Maximize, Close buttons show a yellow tooltip in Explorer and all
other programs, instead buttons, system tray icons and other UI elements show
Vista grey style tooltip.
It seems VS2008 Express has changed some Vista shell dll files.
